These terms explain what MoJerk is, what it is not, and the limits of using a parody search site as if it were real.

Welcome to MoJerk.

MoJerk is a parody “search” site. It’s here for entertainment, sarcasm, and occasional eye-rolls — not facts, not advice, not destiny.

1. What MoJerk is (and isn’t)

MoJerk is a satire/parody project that generates responses for fun.
MoJerk is not a real search engine and does not provide reliable search results.
MoJerk is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Mojeek.

2. Use at your own risk

The site is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties of any kind. If MoJerk is down, weird, wrong, or emotionally unhelpful — that’s within spec.

3. Not advice

Don’t rely on MoJerk for medical, legal, financial, safety, or other high-stakes decisions. If you do, you accept full responsibility for the outcome.

4. Don’t be a menace

You agree not to use MoJerk to:

break laws or violate anyone’s rights,
attempt to hack, overload, scrape, or disrupt the site,
upload malware or do anything that turns our server into a haunted house.

5. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the original MoJerk site design, copy, artwork, and code created for this site belong to the site operator or creator. Third-party names, logos, and marks remain the property of their respective owners.

References to other brands or websites are for identification, commentary, or parody. You can browse and share links. Please don’t clone the site and pass it off as your own masterpiece.

6. Links to other sites

We may link to other sites. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for what they do.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MoJerk (and anyone involved in building it) is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — or any loss of data, revenue, or sanity — arising from your use of the site.

8. Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
