DMCA / Copyright Policy

This page explains how to report allegedly infringing material hosted on mojerk.com and where to send a written notice.
Quick reality check
MoJerk is a parody site. It does not offer user accounts or user-upload tools, and it is not trying to be a giant content platform in a fake mustache.
If you’re trying to remove something hosted somewhere else
If the material you’re concerned about lives on another website, you’ll need to contact that site or its hosting provider. MoJerk cannot remove files from servers it does not control.
If you believe something on mojerk.com infringes your copyright
If the allegedly infringing material is actually on this domain, send a written copyright complaint that includes the information ordinarily required for a DMCA takedown notice, including:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
- Identification of the material you want removed or reviewed, including the exact URL on mojerk.com
- Your contact information, including an email address and any other practical way to reach you
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act
Where to send it
Send copyright complaints using the Sparrow Studios contact form. Clearly label the message “DMCA Notice – MoJerk” and include the information above.
If you think a complaint got it wrong
If material on mojerk.com is ever removed after a copyright complaint and you believe that happened because of mistake or misidentification, you may send a written response explaining that position and identifying the affected material. Clearly label the message “DMCA Counter-Notice – MoJerk.”
Misuse
Submitting knowingly false copyright claims can create legal exposure. In other words: please do not weaponize paperwork.
